Hexxco, Inc. is developing a new model for hydrogen infrastructure designed specifically for the needs of commercial fleets.

While hydrogen-powered vehicles continue to advance, one challenge remains: access to reliable and affordable fueling. Hexxco was founded to solve that challenge.

Our Mission

Produce clean hydrogen where it is needed, deliver it efficiently, and make hydrogen fueling practical for real-world fleet operations.

Why We Exist

The transportation industry is under increasing pressure to reduce emissions, improve energy security, and lower operating costs.

Battery-electric vehicles can play an important role in this transition, but many commercial fleets face challenges related to charging time, grid limitations, range requirements, and vehicle utilization.

Hydrogen offers an alternative pathway for fleet operators that require fast refueling, extended range, and continuous operation.

The problem is not the vehicles.

The problem is the infrastructure.

Hexxco was created to build that missing infrastructure

Our Approach

Hexxco is developing a scalable hydrogen network that combines:

  • Solar-powered hydrogen production Along with Energy Arbitrage

  • Advanced electrolyzer technology

  • Ammonia-based energy transport

  • On-site hydrogen conversion systems

  • Fleet-focused fueling solutions

Rather than relying on expensive trucked-in hydrogen, our model is designed to produce hydrogen using renewable energy, transport it efficiently, and deliver fuel where fleets need it most.

This approach reduces transportation costs, improves energy resilience, and creates a pathway toward affordable hydrogen deployment.

Why Fleets Choose Hydrogen

  • Fast Refueling

  • Extended Range

  • Reduced Downtime

  • Scalable Infrastructure

Building the East Coast Hydrogen Network

Our initial focus is the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States.

Hexxco's first planned pilot deployment is in Flemington, New Jersey, strategically positioned between the New York and Philadelphia metropolitan markets.

This pilot will serve as the foundation for a broader corridor strategy designed to support fleet operations across major transportation routes throughout the region.

Our long-term vision is a network of localized production and fueling assets that bring clean hydrogen closer to demand.

At Hexxco, Douglas combines his experience in systems development, infrastructure planning, and business growth to advance a practical approach to hydrogen deployment focused on real-world commercial adoption.

Hexxco is positioned to play a key role in the transition to clean energy by solving the infrastructure challenges that have limited hydrogen adoption.

Looking Ahead

The transition to cleaner transportation requires more than new vehicles.

It requires the infrastructure that makes those vehicles practical, affordable, and accessible.

Hexxco is focused on building that foundation—one project, one corridor, and one fleet at a time.

Fueling the Future.
